Eco Mannequin (Foamannequin) Height - White, Black, White/Black, Pink, Blue, Pink/Blue or Flesh Color
Foamannequins are the next generation alternative to normal mannequins. Foamannequins are made from recycled products with an evolutionary and innovative production process of bonding multiple layers of EVA, and recycled rubber materials on to an aluminum skeleton. Once these fully recycled materials are bonded together they become durable and easy to form.
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is a polymer that approaches elastomeric materials in softness and flexibility, yet can be processed like other thermoplastics. Foamannequins use all the benefits of EVA because this material has good clarity, gloss, barrier properties, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, water proofing, and resistance to UV radiation. It also has little to no odor unlike many similar type of materials used in mannequins.
Foamannequins use recycled aluminum to form an internal skeleton making every mannequin lightweight and pose-able. Once the aluminum skeleton is finished it is then covered in layers of EVA and recycled rubber to give each foamannequin shape. Foamannequins can also be fabricated in an assortment of colors.
Each Foamannequin comes in 1.25” thickness: 29”, 39", 60", 69" Heights
